New patient visit
Your first visit will usually last around 1 hour and includes:
- Consultation - Gaining an understanding of any issues you are experiencing and the factors affecting them.
- Assessment - Comprehensively checking to gain an in-depth understanding of your neuro-muscular-skeletal system.
- Diagnosis & report of findings - Explain what we have found and what we can do to get you to get you sorted out.
- Treatment - Will be provided on the day, if it is beneficial to do.
Follow up visits are 30 minutes. This allows us to check how you are progressing and provide further treatment.
Treatment will be specific tailored to you, but may include:
- Chiropractic manipulation
- Dry needling (also known as acupuncture)
- Soft tissue therapy
- Advice on health and lifestyle changes
- Exercises and Rehab
